Chef Christina is a self taught chef who has over 10 years experience in the food industry. From working at her family's restaurants in both Florida and California to hosting private dinner parties, Christina has made a name for herself within her community in Southern California and is ready to expand her reach.
After a visit to California, Christina was inspired by the innovative and multicultural cuisine California has to offer. Christina moved to California from Florida with a goal to expand her palate and knowledge from the food culture that California offers. After a recent visit to Florida, Chef Christina saw that the food culture in Florida was light years behind its counterparts. Christina made a decision to move back to Florida and is on a mission to bring the food knowledge learnt while living on the West Coast to the East Coast. "I'm here not to reinvent the wheel but to direct it over to another coast."
